A fox sparrow (Passerella iliaca) is among the larger sparrows. Quite striking too, especially when it has a bath, no doubt to welcome spring.
The bath included moments of calmness. |

| Another rest. |
|
| And then wild extravagance! |

Do I have any conclusions? Yes, Pennsylvania birds are very clean.
